Learning and sharing in a group can have many benefits. At All of You Counseling, we currently offer the following groups:

Parents of Autistic Children

A therapeutic support group; meets via telehealth every 2nd and 4th Tuesday.

This is a virtual therapeutic support group for parents of autistic children (aged 6 to 18 years). This is an open group, which means there is no start or end date, and people can attend as often (or as rarely) as they like. The group is offered every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m., beginning February 13th, 2025. The cost is $30 per session, which will be charged after each session attended.

Please note, if two parents in the same family would like to join, we request that you both register. This way, you will both get reminder texts or emails, and you can sign in on separate devices if that is more convenient for you.

If you would like to join this group and you are a current client, please email your therapist or appointments@allofyoucounseling.com and let us know you would like to join.

If you would like to join this group and you are NOT a current client, please complete our Prospective Patient form. For Insurance, you can select Self Pay. Please add a note about joining the ASD Parent group: https://www.valant.io/prospectivepatient/AllofYouCounseling

If you would like more information about the group, please email us at: appointments@allofyoucounseling.com.

Are you a kid who could use a break from your parents? Would you like to hang out with other kids to watch movies, play boardgames, play on a Switch 2, and eat pizza?

Are you a parent who would like to have your child engaged in activities that are supervised by graduate students and professional therapists? While you go off and do whatever you want for 2.5 hours?

We are offering a monthly “Parents’ Night Out” event at our practice. We will welcome children ages 6 years to 12 years (ask us if your kid has a sibling who is 5 years old or 13 years old – we might be able to welcome them, too).

We expect to offer this on Friday evenings, the second Friday of each month, from 5:30pm to 8:00pm. The fee is $35 per child, with an optional fee of $8 per child if you would like them to have pizza dinner (you can send them with a packed meal, if you prefer).

(Please note, the first event will be February 6th, 2026, which is the first Friday of February.)

If you are a current client, or child is, please email your therapist or appointments@allofyoucounseling.com and let us know you would like your child to attend.

If you would like your child to attend one of these and you/they are NOT a current client, please complete our Prospective Patient form: https://www.valant.io/prospectivepatient/AllofYouCounseling

When completing the form, in the insurance section, you can select Self Pay. Please add a note about attending the Parents’ Night Out.

This is a virtual therapeutic support group for anyone 18 years or older who is providing caregiving for someone in their life. This is an open group, which means there is no start or end date, and people can attend as often (or as rarely) as they like.

The group is offered every 1st Thursday of the month from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. The cost is $30 per session, which will be charged after each session attended.

Please note, if two people are providing caregiving in the same household, and both would like to attend this group, we request that you both register separately. This way, you will both get reminder texts or emails, and you can sign in on separate devices if that is more convenient for you.

If you would like to join this group and you are a current client, please email your therapist or appointments@allofyoucounseling.com and let us know you would like to join.

If you would like to join this group and you are NOT a current client, please complete our Prospective Patient form: https://www.valant.io/prospectivepatient/AllofYouCounseling. In the Insurance section, you can select Self Pay. Please add a note about joining the Caregiver group:

After we leave high school, it seems increasingly hard to find and make new friends. Whether you were a social butterfly in high school, struggled to connect with folks and make friends there, or had some experience in between, many of us have a hard time finding and connecting with new friends in our young adult lives. At All of You Counseling, we will be offering an in-person support group to help young adults learn and practice new social skills, and build on and improve their existing social skills. All while this while having a lot of fun – seriously, like board games and Nintendo Switch levels of fun!

We hope to have a first informal gathering in September, then begin regular meetings in October (just in time to hone up your skills for those family holiday gatherings!). But we need your help!

If you’re interested in attending this type of group, please email appointments@allofyoucounseling.com and let us know what days of the week and times of day you might actually be able to come. We’re thinking maybe midday on Saturdays, so let us know if that would work for you or if there’s another time you prefer. We’ll take the votes into strong consideration as we plan this group.

Also, we’d expect to offer the group to 18 to 25 year olds, but if you’re in your upper 20s (or older) and think this type of group might be helpful for you, please email us and let us know!
