Our mental health is directly, often deeply, impacted by other areas of our lives. The All of You –Wellness section of this website discusses this more. But if you or someone you care about is struggling with basic needs, here are some resources available to Prince William County, VA and surrounding areas.

2-1-1 is a free service that helps people in Virginia find resources, and determine if there are assistance programs they might qualify for. 2-1-1 helps with a large variety of resources, from basic needs like clothing, food, and housing, to disaster relief, to healthcare, mental health and addiction services, and more. They are available 24/7 by calling 2-1-1 (like dialing 9-1-1), or visiting their website. Find out more about 2-1-1, and a list of additional community resources in Virginia, here.
